Goofy Footer 539 Posted January 5, 2015 2014 Goofy Highs and Lows Low: electrical issues in DV High: great SDAR people like vacman, hodnettjj and cablejockey helping to fix the bike so it's now better than ever Low: Mixed bag of Baja woes High: It's Baja, it's still a good time! + tntmo being the man and helping me repair / rebuild the bike Low: the passing of two active SDAR members High: seeing the club rally behind them and Ride On as I'm sure they would want High: Night rides - I spent more than a few nights on the trail guided by my headlight and the moon. A few group rides around Mt Laguna and Pinyon Mtn but even more solo night rides for a unique challenge. Definitely looking for more night ride fun in the future. High: Finished the year strong with a few good rides - Anza Borrego (both group and solo), Big Bear (both group and solo) and the Snow Patrol NYE ride! Looking forward to more rides in 2015 - Death Valley, Baja, volunteering for some navigation challenge rallies, maybe a Utah trip and I'd like to get into the Sierras. I'll probably be thinning the herd and maybe getting a new to me moto. Let's see some more entries! Ride on SDAR!
