Small Air Compressor

Recommended Posts

We had a little handy air compressor in baja for pumping up my flat tire. Hooked up to the trickle charger plug in. Anybody know what kind that was? I checked for one at cycle gear and the one they have is huge. I think it was Paul's or Tracy's.

You can get a viair for cheap on amazon and it will do full size truck tires.

I've got the slime sport and it does a great job, has the battery tender style connection, 12v plug style adapter, clamp style adapter, and a carrying case that keeps it all organized when you pack it away. I have used it for bike, quad, car and truck tires with no problems. I think I picked it up at PepBoys with bonus bucks coupons.

or just buy a Mousse :torch:

.....I use the slime compressor - baja proven!

Senor Kato is victorious in his tube swap - I can think of worse places to do some trail-side repairs!

For the space challenged, one can remove the guts from the plastic case for a significant savings in saddlebag space. But it does get very hot during use, so be careful.

I use the Slime unit. Highly recommended for the price.
