I woke up truly stunned to find out Jerry Brown and Boxer won their seats.......the off-road commmunity will need to be even MORE proactive now.

Congratulations to all the others......at least we swept the rest :good:

I can't believe it either.

I don't know anybody that voted for Brown or Boxer.

I don't know anybody that voted for Brown or Boxer.

Unfortunately those two had tremendous support from unions. <_<

Some of the CNN/MSNCB/FOX banter was that voters #1 priority is jobs.

Fiorina and Whitman were both very successful CEOs. In there position they acted in the best interests of the company by sending low wage and training customer service jobs offshore. Both Boxer and Brown advertised the "California job loss" heavily in their campaigns. I think that could've been the nail in the coffin. To me the job loss wasn't a bad thing, but a responsible action by a CEO running a for profit company.

AZ isn't too far away...

"I don't know anybody that voted for Brown or Boxer." Pasta

Yes you do! party.gif

A big reason I enjoy the Moto community, is that it exposes me to diverse opinions I would not otherwise be exposed.

I enjoy getting outside my personal echo chamber.

Question - Are company profits the primary goal of our country??

Fiorina and Whitman were both very successful CEOs.

Both laid off workers while paying themselves MILLIONS. Does not sound like a boss I would want. Meg was always in the right place at the right time. She was fortunate to be in ebay in infancy and got credit as it grew. Inside trading, lavish business spending accounts, out for themselves first. Just because you are a CEO does not mean you aren't a criminal!
