Beezzz 6 Posted October 12, 2011 August 27, 2011 Silverton, CO McTrails lead Beezzz and Wonderwoman around for a day tour of the top ridges. Steep climbs. Steep ridges with hugh views. Went by Engineer Pass at 12,800 ft. We heard some strange noises coming from the hills when we would stop. Soon we found several large flocks of sheep. In the center of the photo is a flock of sheep. Beezzz and Wonderwoman were on this summer adventure riding Utah and Colorado at the same time I was doing a similar trip so we agreed to meet at my Dad's near Durango when they were passing through. We decided to ride at Silverton. I hadn't ridden there in a few years and remembered how beautiful it was so talked them in to going. We loaded all the bikes into Beezzz's truck and drove up and had a great day exploring the trails North of Silverton and then had dinner at the famous Handlebar's restaurant in Silverton.
