Bagstr 287 Posted November 12, 2018 If you believe NOAA, the temperature at Borrego Springs will be 70f high Tuesday and 75f Wednesday. To avoid a chill I am picking Wednesday for 0800 breakfast at Kendall's. 75 mile cruise to follow, tubes, tools and water over two track sand and rocks. Return by 2;00 at the latest. The Kug's Saturday Patrol is Saturday and I want to allow for a recovery period for you campers! That said if any campers need an extra day, we can move to the 70f Tuesday. Any changes will be shown at this First Post. Little wind in the forecast at the desert. The Governor - Speed limited to 37 mph.
paulmbowers 236 Posted November 12, 2018 Unfortunately, I can't make it this week- sinus infection...but....temps look attractive, but the wind reports for this side of the mountains are very interesting- claims of 85 MPH gusts- through Wednesday. Be careful out there, guys.

Out here in Borrego now, the winds/breezes are going to be fine during the time we will be riding. As you know, its nice to have a slight breeze moving the rider's dust in front of you to the left or right anyway. Hope to see you tomorrow at breakfast Chris!
