Packards coffee shop,  680 Main St, Ramona, 92065  at 5pm (sunset at 5:55pm) should give us enough time what you think local guys. That way will give the gs guys enough time to get ready we know how you like to lag especially while at a coffee shop.

Um, probably a little earlier considering there are some noobs on big bikes going. You want to get to the top at least 15 minutes before sunset so as to have time to enjoy some ICDB's (ice cold delicious beverages). And it's 45 minutes from Packards to the top on small bikes at medium pace....so I'd say be rolling by 4:45.

I've been running the MT21 on the SE but since I put in the 4mm tube it feels vague up front. I think the Rally has stiffer sidewall? Then maybe I can back down the tube thickness for Baja.

Don't remember how stiff tire was compared to MT21 I took off motoz desert ht and pirelli was not as stiff  but I think motoz is crazy stiff. I'm running michelin uhd at 28 psi and still very predictable in dirt

I guess it doesn't matter to much if Cedar creek TT is closed , but you can call the Palomar ranger station to see if it's open.
