Hey everyone, last week we did our annual Nevada outback moto trip. We had a blast. This area never disappoints!

I'm trying a newish mapping application to show the tale. There's plenty of functionality. Click on a point, then click on the "more info" link to show a picture. Some points are clustered close together, so zoom in. Click the contents tab, then use the drop down arrow next to the map point layer to show a table of photo info. You can click on the base map tab and change the background layer to imagery.

I posted the picts below cause the map app seem a little slow bring them up. Still, I think it's very cool to associate the picture with the geography, elevation and compass direction.

Great pics!

Thanks!

The scenery offered excellent photographic possibilities, as always. However, I'm a little underwhelmed by the camera I was using. The camera is a feature of the Garmin Rino 655t. It's color & lighting rendering were sub par, IMO.

In my attempt to find one device to do it all I'm not surprised by this since a camera is an after thought on a Garmin unit. Every other feature on the Rino work flawlessly. In the next few days I'll write a review about it. It's a great piece of kit that combines three major electronic devices into one that I can mount right in front of me on the bike.

What vest/hydration pack is this?

I think it's military or LEO surplus. It's all modular, start with the vest, add and remove storage as needed.

I'll inquire about the brand and website.

Kinda looks like a MOLLE Operator Vest or a Gladiator Chest Rig

Sneeker,

I call BS as you make this look like one of Crawdaddy's Lollipop rides. You were talking about doing Silver Peak counter clockwise, how did that work? Seriously, you didn't drive by the Dyer Bar without stopping? the Arcgis photos loaded fine once the cloud source came up. I agree, nice to locate the photo on map.

Those Hot Tubs I imagine were still a welcome sight at the end of the day.

B
