papaalex 5 Posted January 29, 2009 All, Meet this Saturday 9:00 AM at Grapevine trailhead. We will ride to Borrego S, check out Rockhouse trail and then take some jeep trails to Ocotillo Wells area. We'll do Slot/Goat Trail loop and take different trails back to Borrego S for late lunch. Grapevine back to trucks. The ride is intermediate semi fast, plan on all day riding. See you there Alex. What happened to riding? :lazy: Hey, don't be bitch slapping me about not riding I'm driving over to Lost Wages tomorrow.........I'm going to stay with Randy's friend Alfred......we're going to ride our 620 Adventures on Sunday and I may do some riding on my own on Monday.......we'll be exploring some trails in the Spring Mountains and/or some terrain in eastern Death Valley......so there!!! I heard (or maybe saw on a map) that there's a spring you can hike to from the end of the road. Since it's in the state park, I'm assuming that when the road stops, so should you... Bagstr 288 Posted February 1, 2009 Anybody knows how far Rockhouse Trail go and if it is worth of checking? Alex, Me thinks the trail goes about 11.5-12.0 miles. But you probably know that by now. Captcham and I were out there about 3 weeks ago and turned back at 11.0 miles just at the last left turn before the Hidden Spring Trailhead. At that point the two track was appearing and disappearing in and out of the wash. We were out in the Borrego Badlands today but didn't see your group. Such a place, how could we miss you?? bikeslut 1 Posted February 1, 2009 Troll and baiter! I work Saturdays, although I have managed to post in a few trivial threads. FN and some guys were out at PV yesterday, but it was just a silly trail ride... Racers wouldve been bored... Trying to scare up a few guys for a DS ride on Monday, while the kids are at school...
