If I went to either one of these I'd have to drop the wife off at the mall for the day so I could just sit and drool for hours over that stuff.  Very cool, Kelly.  Thanks for sharing.

I'm planning on going to both museum's in October.  Hope they're as good as everyone says.

@Zubb - the first time I went the the Harley museum...in the 4th hour, my wife said enough is enough...

Yes, as a matter of fact my wife only lasted about 15 mins and returned to the RV because of the smell.

Was able to get to the Barber Museum in October...it was almost Overwhelming, so many bikes, so diverse.  It wasn't planned, but I was lucky enough to get there for a Vintage weekend event.  They had a ton of old bikes racing and just riding around the park.  Plus they opened the lower floor of the museum (where they restore/refurb) for the event.

Fun Fact: Vincent (maker of the Black Shadow) made some lawn mowers to supplement their income due to poor sales of their motorcycles...

Not able to get to Wheels Through Time - the hurricane just hit and the Asheville area was still devastated, didn't want to go in and take hotel space from displaced people and recovery workers...so we passed on going there.   BUT, it's still on my bucket list.
