Riggerdan 147 Posted January 15, 2011 Great SDAR ride today through Jamul on 94 East with a blue sky and green hillsides, along Otay Lakes Rd to the camp grounds ( meet spot 2) dirt roads from there over the top of Otay Mountain, down past DH junction, along border then back out to Marron Valley Rd, to 94 West through Dulzura, through the check point and back into Jamul........ Ken, you were missed today - look forward to getting another one in soon Getting ready inside campground connivence store parking lot / Otay Lakes Road - 10 riders total at that point Few shots looking south into Mexico, north into Downtown and west along border Few shots of the crew enjoying the moment Pictures along border fence and monument Crew / bike pictures along border I should have some video posted soon Look forward to doing it again Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

TrophyHunter 15 Posted January 16, 2011 great vid Dan! Came close to capturing the disorienting effect of the fence shadows at speed. I always enjoy hitting the long straight section thru the grassy field after so many switchbacks and loose rocks. Feels so good to open it up for a stretch.....as you displayed. Great stuff. Riders, I really enjoyed riding and meeting some of you for the first time, it was a great day to go riding and enjoy your company and Dan did a great job on leading us on most of this ride. Ken, this time your camera was not used as I did not fall on this ride hopefully this will be the new trend from here on but maybe its because I was using a pit bike and there was no sand on this ride.
