Here's the thread: http://www.dualsport-sd.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=1497 They don't want to overload the server with non-motorcycle photos. Instead of uploading as an attachment, host the photo on imageshack or photobucket and then use the "insert image" tool on the post page.
