Informal rescue/ emergency contact roster

During my bountiful idle time at work I have been thinking...

Would it be worth our time to make an informal list or emergency notifications/ rescue capabilities roster- The idea being if someone got in a jam they could make (ideally one) phone call and get a rescue ball rolling. Could have names or aliases, vehicle capability, and skills (EMT, COM, spanish speaking, etc). I suspect this may already exist, at least to some informal degree. I have used something like this professionally and it has been very helpful during crunch time. Curious to hear what the senior members here have to say or not say.

Example:

Richard Johnson 619-8675-309, EMT, Truck with room for 3 bikes, TVL time to Tecate 30 mins

Hugh Jorgen xxx-xxx-xxxx, HAM guru, Erickson 30 Sail Boat, TVL time to Ensenada 13 hrs

Sasha Grey xxx-xxx-xxxx, expandable orifices good for trafficking spare tires, fluent spanish speaker, TVL time to Tecate, 2 hrs. has emergency crash pad near La Bufadora.

It does sort of exist in the member contact area. A formalized version wouldn't hurt. Many here have used a similar item in their work lives.

I think so, alhough it may be desireable to keep some info more protected if you know what I am saying. I am still new to the forum here.
