I went for a very long solo ride yesterday. Rode from Chula Vista -Tecate - El Compadre Trail - Santa Veronica - Ojos Negros - Ensenada - Tecate than back to Chula Vista. The trail is very easy to ride. The fires up there burned a lot.

The fires burned a lot and made for some crazy scenery. The vid is a bit shaky but shows some of the area recently burned.

Also just got back, the palapa is gone! It spread to parts of Laguna Hanson as well.

I was down there the day it started. Two days later, on the way back we didn't see much burnt on the Compadre trail yet.
