I'm jealous! I was planning a trip to Indy but everyone flaked. I've been to MotoGP in Laguna Seca a few times. Hopefully I'll go next year.

I really like LVMS. Especially clockwise. The right hander at the end of the back straight is high speed and fun! I had a grin every time I took that turn. Gets intense racing there but makes for some awesome memories!

So that's the R6 you where talking about. Nice bike! Take it to the track sometime. I lost count after a few years of racing the Gsxr 1k of how many times I've been to the tracks. Miller motorsports park was the best. My 1st podium. You should check out Chuckwalla. They encourage riders that want to get more comfy with their machine to ride the track. You can ride at your own pace. No pressure.

Yes but make sure you get an adventure parking pass. They sell them at the pine valley gas station. I'll join in also if that's cool.

That track is ride at your own place and perfect for honing skills IMO. Last time I was there I had the track to myself for over an hour. A few guys showed up but everyone was relaxed. Definitely not crowded. I've gone and seen guys going 10 mph. Also seen guys WOT. I take an easy up, cooler and snacks.

Have you been to the motocross track behind Otay lakes? Only thing is the guy charges 20 bucks for all day.

I have a wedding rehearsal on Sunday. Friday and Saturday might be possible and easier to sell to the wife since the wedding rehearsal is something she forced on me I've recently gone down the compadre to Ojos Negros. I've been to Mike's and Laguna Hanson but that was 30+ years ago with my parents. Been to San Felipe multiple times also. The farthest down I've been on the west side is La Bufadora. I miss going down to Mexico and really enjoy being down there! Being fluent helps a lot. I still have 200 pesos in my wallet and Pemex red in my tank from a few weeks ago haha!
