KIP 0 Posted December 23, 2012 As far as a commuter goes the tractor-like KLR is very heavy and solid on the street and still good for dirt.

Guest Crusty Posted December 25, 2012 I was loving this bike at maakane today. Great in stock form, but not enough power to double the whoops, or float on top. But I don't plan to race it, so it don't matter. This bike is so easy to throw around and fun to ride, fast or slow. Great tractor like "XR" power. I could almost give up my CR 250 and 500R. Life would be easy with only 3 bikes(XR 680L CRF 450 X and a CRF 230F Well maybe 4 would be awesome to also own a plated CRF 450X Craig.
Sneeker 29 Posted December 25, 2012 Sounds like a fun tractor bike. A plated one would be perfect for Sneeeking around. http://www.rickramsey.net/CRF230F.htm

Guest Crusty Posted December 25, 2012 After 2 1/2 hours of berm blasting single track at McCain Valley http://dualsport-sd....ee-larc-canyen/ I used about 2/3 of a gallon of gas. With a 2.2 gallon tank I could ride all day. Can't wait to ride with my daughter and wife!
Sneeker 29 Posted December 25, 2012 Hyjack on: Crusty we should ride at the "local spot" soon so I can check out this "Gurls bike'. The dirt is unreal there now. Hijack off. . .
