Anyone Interested in a Club Ride Near Vegas ?

Recommended Posts

I know a lot of trails around Vegas, and my friend has many of them GPS'd already.

How many people would be interested in travelling to Vegas, either in March, or early April, for a 2 day Club Ride (SDAR free ride for members only) ?

We can stay at one of the cheaper casinos on the outskirts of Vegas, away from the strip.

A lot of this ride would be OK for experienced riders on bigger Adventure Bikes, but not for newbies.

I know one concern will be traffic on way to and back from Vegas on Friday and Sunday nights.......solution is to take the back roads thru 29 Palms, Amboy, Cima and Kelso, which brings you out at Stateline (Primm), NV.

Also, we'd want to keep the number of riders to about 25 max, that's a manageable group.

I'd love to if I can get away!!! A 2-dayer should be doable over a weekend...

I'd likely drive my truck to Vegas with one of my bikes in the back since I'm limited on available vacation days.....but, if you're on a bike and have some extra time, consider riding the eastern half of Mojave Rd./Joshua Tree on the way back as DigDug and I did after LA-B-V.....(or on the way over....or both)
