Bbg.will 0 Posted February 22, 2008 insurance didn't seem to care when I told them "I hit a large rock". No questions asked and my rates are dirty cheap. USAA rules. so, they are totalling it out for you? thats cool. Any idea what you are going to replace it with? I let my insurance take care of my bike. I don't even know where to start with a bent sub-frame, plus, I can't really work on anything right now. As for me, a family friend/orthopedic surgeon said i probably wouldn't be riding again until mid-june, or as he put it, 4th of july. We'll have to see what my non-specialized doctor says next week tho. But it definitely means i'm definitely missing out on that race I was going to ride in with my brother up in washington. Guest crmyers Posted February 26, 2008 Hey don't worry about a collar bone , but let it heal, I didn't and put up with seven years of pain till I got a plate and screws, I broke the right one twice and the left one 3 times, but now it is bulletproof, literally. I stayed off two wheelers for a long time, but just got my 450x plated and am almost ready! While you are broken envent something to put socks on one handed , you know thats tough. Rest! Rest! i've come up with a tooless one-handed technique to putting my socks on, i just wish I didn't have to tie my boots still. I wonder if the navy would mind if i wore flip flops to work instead.
