Ken S 164 Posted October 1, 2015 I have a history of going thru fork seals frequently. George has tried various fork skins and wipers and I destroy them quickly. So he came up with something new and chose me as a product tester. After 8 hard 3-4 hour rides there is no sign of wear, rips tears or seal leaks. I think you did it again coming up with an awesome product. Sorry for sideways pictures

Ken S 164 Posted October 1, 2015 Have to ask George. No, not an innertube. Yes, lost weight and 47 years.
Bp619 105 Posted October 1, 2015 why are you going threw fork seals so quickly. I have never had one failure in last couple years. How were you also destroying the competitors products, riding abuse of crashing and tearing them. I cant see how they could fail.
Ken S 164 Posted October 1, 2015 I tend to stuff my front end in sand up to the fender on occasion. Other products George tried either have torn or fallen off.
350thumper 336 Posted October 1, 2015 The seals don't break because kennys weight or crashing frequency .. So please don't tease him about that. He is very sensitive about those two things. He is jus saying the products are awesome. Awesome pic of Caden!
Suspenders 43 Posted October 1, 2015 There are very few product testers as good as Ken. He is an animal on seals and more. We tried the SKF scrapers, he ripped them off repeatedly. We tried fork skins and they were chewed up and spit out in a couple weeks looking like the dog at them. Even his fork tubes take a beating. I think he coats his fork tubes with mud prior to each ride, just because he like playing with mud. I was on the fence regarding fork seal skins, savers or whatever you want to call them. They often are not maintained by cleaning them, they wear out in short order and they are far tighter than they should be. With Kenny's help we are successfully addressing each of these issues. Kepple is running a set on the 500xc-w, he likes them and they are lasting. Kepple rides like the wind whereas Ken rides like ______________. Fill in the blank Thank you Ken you are really doing me quite a favor, and your seals are going to last long long time now.
350thumper 336 Posted October 1, 2015 Rides like way over his head, like I do. I gotta get some of those skin savers on my bike.
