Chief Gunner 2 Posted January 9, 2008 Hey Bro! You will be fine! It sucks for awhile but a few beers with a Vicodin or two will make you Mister Mellow Seriously: As soon as you can tolerate it, stretch it out, put weight on it and get the blood pumping! My left knee is bone to bone and It really is getting better even after 4+ years since I had my meniscus cut out... the secret to success it to get moving as soon as you can and do not stop! Gimmie a call! Aaron
2Wheels 0 Posted January 9, 2008 Arthroscopic surgeries aren't that big a deal nowadays. The Docs use the latest technology... They only make a few small incisions near the knee... Best of luck on the knee operation. And those pain killers they give you will have you in fine spirits.

SCHWINN 0 Posted January 14, 2008 So how did the operation go? Are you walking around pretty good yet? Thanks guys, back at work today, I have a desk job so no big deal. I ride a stationary bike 20 minutes twice a day with stretching and a walk around the block. desert dash should be 100%. It was funny seeing my doctor on the sidelines of the charger game with Rivers and LT, My DR is the the chargers knee specialist,DR Chao.

It was funny seeing my doctor on the sidelines of the charger game with Rivers and LT, My DR is the the chargers knee specialist,DR Chao. I also saw Dr. David on the sidelines. He's another doctor at Oasis, the same one Chao is at. After all my surgeries, I've found the first month you get a lot of improvement and then gradual improvement for about a year when it levels off. "All my surgeries" includes both shoulders and both knees.
