La Paz and Cabo in December ?

I saw my friends Alex and Candice last night. 2 years ago I met them via Craigslist as they were originally planning to go around the world on their KLR.....they stayed at my houze for a month that time. Their RTW plans changed...they live in La Paz Baja now...teaching English to kids. They are getting married in La Paz in December.

I've always wanted to ride to Cabo....so this might be the time to do it.

Anyone know some dirt routes to do on way down ?

I might want to take about 2 weeks to do this round trip.

I did it last year, Randy.

Pretty quick, though (SuperMoto guys) and almost all pavement. Or what passes for pavement in Mexico...

We did the entire thing in 5 1/2 days, and that includes two days in Cabo.

Randy look on ADV rider and look for Ride reports from Big Wan . This is just what you are looking for. Make shure you ride with someone because it will be challenging.

I would love a good experienced riding partner....don't think any of my close friends can do this....especially since its over Christmas.

Randy I don't think a Baja ride is in the cards for me right now.Move this to the baja thread and you might get some interest from the Baja regulars.Also a lot from ADV go down on that time of year.
