Hey Kevin, recovery going good, got to see x rays last week, I got 2 plates and 13 screws ,,, one 6 inch long plate runing down the inside of my leg, with 8 screws.. and one 4 inch long plate running down the outside of my leg, with 5 screws...kinda like a tibia sandwich !!! and a 12 inch long slice down the front so they could get in there and screw me up..and a full ankle to butt high tech brace, Doc' says brace comes off dec 15, and then a couple of weeks of learning how to walk again...
