Any mountain bikers here up for a ride next Wednesday or Thursday?

I'll be riding in the El Cajon area. Probably cover 10 to 15 miles with about 1,000 ft elevation gain/loss.

I'll be staging at the Steele Bridge and riding around the Sweetwater Reservoir and Steele Canyon County Park. I guess that's more like Rancho San Diego than El Cajon.

I should have mentioned in my original post that about a 10 mile ride with 1000 feet of climbing is the limit of my endurance right now. And I end up pushing on a lot of the uphills. I had ACL surgery in March and only got back on the mountain bike a month ago.

Be careful if you are using clip in's. They pin your foot and mess up your knee. Set them up loose if you are using them.

I broke by KHS in Sep and just got in the shop. I'll be up for a ride after I get it fixed.

ACL- been there three times. Never from a bike.

I don't usually get started until about 9:00 or 10:00 AM (like to sleep in on my days off), but I'm flexible. I'm off both Wednesday and Thursday.
