PastaPilot 17 Posted December 16, 2008 Way to go, the new yard looks great, well the new space is way better. I guess the yard will take awhile.
Jaynen 0 Posted December 16, 2008 As an added bonus I wonder how much the extra 400-500sq ft increases the property value
bikeslut 1 Posted December 16, 2008 As an added bonus I wonder how much the extra 400-500sq ft increases the property value it wouldve been included in any legitimate survey any way, but the perceived space would be much better now; where it looked squished before, it is now roomy and usable. Congrats again Mike!
ADV Bum 205 Posted December 16, 2008 I guess the yard will take awhile. I only have so much time and money Jon! New driveway is on its way though. As an added bonus I wonder how much the extra 400-500sq ft increases the property value it is now roomy and usable. That is why it was so important. Kids keep the big grass backyard and I can now get a boat, rv, or toy hauler through to store it. Seems storage fees are what really kills when having toys. RogerTOWM 0 Posted December 16, 2008 [ Seems storage fees are what really kills when having toys. You got that right Bum. I had a boat that I had to keep in the water. I spent so much for dock fees I couldn't afford to take her out. Congratulations!
