PastaPilot 17 Posted May 17, 2008 It sounds as though the trails are tougher and Lake Arrowhead is at a higher elevation than Corral Canyon which will have a big effect on your endurance. I'm calling bikeslut now to work out details.
dirt dame 561 Posted May 17, 2008 The elevations will be mostly between about 4500 ft to 7000 ft I think, depending on the where you are on the route.
PastaPilot 17 Posted May 17, 2008 I just got a call to fly to Denver tomorrow morning. I'll catch ya on the next ride.
DigDug 0 Posted May 17, 2008 Is it tougher than going up the Allesandro we did last week I think there are a few sections of Allesandro that might be a little tougher, or about the same difficulty. Most will be a little easier, but Redonda Ridge (8 miles of fun stuff) is just relentless. Just when you think you've done the hardest part, it'll throw something else at you. That's why it's so fun... If you made Allesandro, you should be able to make all the stuff tomorrow... We're loaded and heading for bed. See everyone in the morning!!! HondaPilot, Good for the work, bad for the riding. I'd like to get up there at least 2 more times before the BBTR ride in late June. Maybe next time we'll go dual-sport only and run the AM track from last year...

Only stop we made was In-N-Out in Temecula...we'd been talkin about Double Doubles all day... I'll get me few pics up in the morning. Can't wait to see Doug's.
