Looking for a good orthopedic surgeon for multiple complicated fractur

Hi all! I have not been riding or active on this site for about two years now. My 20 year old enduro racer nephew had a complicated femur fracture, already had two unsuccesful surgeries in Guadalajara, Mexico. We are looking for top good surgeant here in San Diego. Any recommendations from any of our members?

I had my femur hardware removed at Sharp in 2009 and was very happy with the results. The only bad part about the surgery was they couldn't tell me how much it was going to cost. I was only able to track down about $2500 worth before the surgery..... Which totaled $25k for the 3 hour surgery and an overnight stay.
