I don't have a bike that is working great, but I will be going out anyway...

Corral Canyon- intermediate level and pace (I hope) but I'll wait for anybody that wants to join me

8 a.m. at the crossroads- I already know I will be slower than usual, but whatever; it's always a good time

TTR125?

Haha- no- I'll be riding the WR with soiled brake pads and leaking seals, or the DRZ with finicky carb...and I'm sick...and haven't ridden in 3 months...and my dog ate my homework... There; that's all my "going slow" excuses... I might ride the TTR around the yard or around camp but I wouldn't take it to Corral

I am also leading a ride from there too starting at 8:00

Riding Trail 1-4-3-Left at 5 to fire road right at 11-3-left at 1-6-2-right at 9-8-1-2-7coolio.gif

I will be on a 2 stroke 250 with 13-53 gearing, keeping it pinned, with a friend on a KTM. 525

You should be able to hear us.

No head on's please.

Whats your plan.

Craig.

Going to Barona on sunday for the vintage races, open for monday.

I have some work to do at home and work on Monday... too bad; I prefer riding weekdays

craig- I'll be doing a lot of the same trails, but not necessarily in the same order- I think we generally will be riding the trails in the same direction

my favorite route is 1-2 down to Corral Campground- 6 up to Bobcat... then 3 to 1 to 4 OR 3-1-8

depending on who I am riding with or riding solo, and how my bike is running, I may do Ranger "uphill"

as always- these are two way trails, not a race track... I always try to keep a margin of error and *knock on wood* haven't had a head-on yet- couple of close calls

Rode my bike to Terry's house, loaded up truck.

Leaving Carlsbad at 6:00

Should be at the cross road at 7:30

Riding by 8:00

Terry is 60+ years old and hasn't ridden in 3 years.

I don't think he has ever rode his KTM 525

Should be an easy pace.

You could join us!
