Hello again I have been out the past 2 Tuesdays and haven't seen a soul. Is this not a weekly/ bi-weekly adventure? If not it should, similar to the flying monkeys hump day rides. great time of the year to be out at night...

A short course 9.5 mile loop hare scramble annual event is back this weekend. The usual heat with dust.....but shortly after the start it always opens up as everyone spreads out. The course area is a fun zone of varied terrain and tracks some open some tight, some dirt some sand and some rocks. Start finish at the tower west of hacienda Sta V. ZR Promotions signs to guide. 0800 start for motos. I'm hoping 0800 Mexican time = at least 0830 for easier time getting there!! 2022 Santa Verónica Grand Prix, hosted by DP Racing | ZR Promotions

Unfortunately I am the king of work schedule confusion. I don't know I'm riding till 5 minutes before I go ride. However I still ride at least 4 times per week so I'll keep an eye out and eventually meet the group. Tomorrow afternoon is on the sched but will probably be street bike oriented with the dog along the old Hwy 80 through Julian and Mt. Laguna.

I hope this is permissible--not trying to sell anything. Just wanted to let KTM/Husqvarna riders know there is a bike-nite at Rottweiler Performance in Costa Mesa this Friday 8/26 at 5 pm. It's just fun to check out their sweet rally builds, get a free beer and tacos and their raffle afterward. Plus they have dyno pulls for those interested. It's just fun hangin with other Adv riders and learning new stuff about mods to our already cool KTM's. Again, not trying to sell or promote Rottweiler--just love their products on my 1290 and 890.

You shoulda seen him throw that little b*tch on its side and spin a brodie outta the ‘camp’ site. I’d trade ya JaJa’s Jeep straight up for that hog.
