I know it's very popular, part of the reason why I chose it. of course just when I get it, my cd drive craps out so I can't load any of the software I bought with it. We never doubted you would step over, well, most of us Ya know I actually bought one of the first Garmins (the G12) for my fishing boat back in the mid 90's.
