She is the OHV Supervisor for the Cle Elum Ranger District of the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. The trail is called Yellow Hill Trail, obviously because most piss their pants the first time they ride it. That pic was taken only last week. Check out CleElumTrails.com!
