KTM didn't want this "much better than their bikes and not priced much higher" drawing from their sales. The manufacturers have to foot the bill for the CARB certification, testing, etc. Because of this there are some bikes that could be green sticker (or plated) that aren't because the manufacturer doesn't think they'll sell enough bikes in California to make up for the certification costs. That could very well be the problem with a 'niche' bike such as the Husaberg. Although I haven't seen the source document on the above info though... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
