i'm going to ride from tecate to the sawmill this weekend...have not riden in baja for a while...what to i need to get back across to the usa?? i don't have a passport...is a birth certificate ok???

They have extended the grace period for I beleive the rest of '08 so if you have a drivers licence you're ok. But, I always take my passport. It is a better document to have when traveling to a foreign country. I would suggest that everyone get there passport the rules are getting tighter and it's just a matter of time before you must have it.
