captcham 8 Posted August 5, 2023 (edited) Hello all, looking at doing some riding up in Big Bear August 25-27. Lots of fun options for plated bikes. I have intimate knowledge of the trails and fire roads and usually ride there several times a year. Looking at doing a day or two of riding from base camp in Big Bear area for half day to 3/4 day rides around 50-100 miles. Most likely camping just not sure where yet. Nothing too technical and none of the gnarly single track, just forest service roads and 2 track trails. I am riding KTM 350 EXC plated- all bikes need to be plated for this ride/rides. Let me know if anyone is interested and we can go from there. This is not a tour- it's only me saying I am going riding and if you wish to join me you do so being fully responsible for yourself. I would suggest like minded riders on like motorcycles to make it fun and keep things moving- large daulsport bikes would not be suggested.
