"Special Rider" 😁 permit obtained decades ago through top secret channels in the FBI, CIA, BLM, ABC, XYZ and SDAR's own desert "Governor." 😉 Did not have a chance to visit with Ranger Derek, however; Park Ranger Smith, Yogi & Boo-Boo were out and about checking on picnic baskets. 🙄
