Mikey777 44 Posted September 20, 2019 Just an fyi that the clips on this pack suck. All four broke on my last ride in Kennedy Meadows with LB. I ended up replacing them with Sea-to-Summit replacement buckles which are a bit more stout. Other than that, it is a nice tool pack. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
paulmbowers 236 Posted September 20, 2019 I think the industry is slowly reaching the conclusion that side-release buckles *for attachment to bikes* is a no-go. I had a similar experience in Idaho- the little cross-bars on the buckles break out under load. They're fine for closures or adjustment straps, but for actually attaching the bag to the bike? Nope.
