A step in the right direction...obviously, anybody can modify a pipe to make more noise, but it doesn't mean this company will give them one over 96 out of the box.

Meaning 1, Harleys: If everyone has loud pipes then they don't stand out anymore for the claimed safety factor "loud pipes save lives". How could you hear them above your own loud pipes when even grandma has them on her car?

Meaning 2, dirtbikes: If everyone has a loud pipe, then we'll end up with no where to ride them, so they're effectively silent in the end.
