Mikey777 44 Posted May 24, 2016 These are really handy to have in your kit along with a small USB cable, big bike or lil' bike. If you have an SAE battery tender cable available, just plug it in and charge your phone up. Don't be caught with a dead phone in an emergency. http://www.amazon.com/SAE-USB-Adapter-Motorcycle-Disconnect/dp/B00W2Z04ZW There are some cheaper ones too, but I like this one with the on/off switch if you decide to leave it on your bike. It does not drain your battery.

Bagstr 288 Posted May 25, 2016 Mikey, Whoa,,,seriously good piece of kit. Away with the cigarette lighter adapter! Will be searching the auto parts stores. Bags PS - Using the Powerlet / BMW type plug instead of SAE plug as source http://www.powerlet.com/product/powerlet-plug-to-dual-usb-adapter-21a/
Mikey777 44 Posted May 25, 2016 Yup..now you can use your cig. outlet for a GPS, Delorme Inreach, etc. or use this gizmo on bikes no cig. outlet. I had a cheapy USB/Cig adapter and it would come apart with vibration. This one seems to be made better.
