Very nice. I would've saved it, too. Is it a true Combat Wombat?

PS - I like your trailer. :smile_anim:

are you looking to find a new home for it? Others?

Chris, I now have three Combat Wombat's and a bunch of other Hodaka's and a rare Rickman Hodaka. Yes I have been trying to thin the bunch. My storage is in Sun City if you ever want to take a look.

Super Combat - the orange tank one. Always wanted a CW but would like to find a street legal Wombat.

My first real bike was a super rat. I would still like to pick one up as part as a project that was semi started and not a ground up build.

Well I do happen to have one I can part with. Your talking about a Model 93 Chrome Tank I would think as its the most notable Hodaka.

You can see it has some cool 70s period mods, total custom swingarm, full floating rear brake. I do have a stock frame and swing arm also to bring it back to stock .

That does look like my old super rat. What would you want for that?

Hodaka's are easy to bring back to life, there is a very big following, lots of NOS parts and repoped parts. A ton on ebay and a bunch of Hodaka Club members with parts. Here is a recent one brought back from dead from one of the club members.

Don't get me wrong depending with what you have to start with and how far you want to go can add up to alot of $$ But the satifaction is wonderful. Here is the last one I saved.

Ok the Super Rat is spoke for and I know the new owner will do it good. Another cool thing is when you can trace some history to these things. A Hodaka Club member just picked up this cool flat tracker in Ohio with roots here in California built by Larry Powell.

After looking in some Cycle News Archives we found this.
