If you two are going on the pigs, i'll take the KLR-please let me know

I know it's less dirt capable than either of yours, but you can help me through the rough stuff

Knobbies needed here? I am a newbie on a dr650 that I just spooned some shinko 705s onto today.

IF I take the KLR, it's running a battle-axe 19" front, and a tourance rear...I don't think a knobby is needed

IF I take the DRZ, it's running trials tires, the front run Vic-inspired

PIGS?

I know not of what you speak.

If I'm able to go (long shot) it will be on the little bike. Still waiting for a front rim that does not give you pause.

Yeah- LARK, not PineValley

Your 690 will be ok, assuming you're notrunning street tires

Ok I'm clear now.

I can bring the Husky,(green sticker) if we want to be faster.

I'm still setting up the suspension on the 690 so I'm still conservative with it.

Either way works for me...park by the oak tree since green stickers aren't allowed on the dirt road

A few of us were going to PV and then bailed. Just saw your post and checked the weather and thought yes to McV, but then bailed. Have fun.
