Last time we went down for the tractor race club event. one of our crew rode hs bike down to sta V we had a moto escort down the road.

Note for added baja info there were 2 separate small groups (@3 each) of ADV folks parking at the lot and riding their motos across the border heading south into Baja Cal to Mikes and beyond.

also note little or no charge for x-pondrs even if they use them.

presign is a lame note on the flyer. tractor was much more together for that.

Are there any helmet cams of last race at same place, or any advise on terrain for tire choice, mainly rocky, sandy, hard pack or better lots of mud and snow?

Dave it is real mix with reeeeal black dirt, leaves and imbeeded rock around the oak trees (looks like upstate NY in a few spots), that clay hard stuff with loose and embedded rocks like corral canyon's ranger, a real pure sand wash to travel down and very mild MX track and some real grass fields as well.

Just a real big mix terrain zone. I got word the new loop is @ 6 miles around so probably we are in for @5 laps.

And I have no idea what direction or where this route will take us. see ya sat 0900

I was looking for H cams

here are some shots from Dec at the same location.

we had a great time guys and would go back again. Totally sore today, that was a pretty punishing course. I'd say it is the equivalent of riding ranger trail in its entirety only 7+ times in an hour and a half  ouch!

1st place wishes those trophys were all his. That picture kind of sums up the mood of the place :)

Here is 1 lap worth of my helmet videos for your enjoyment. Cyril and I had the holeshot on the 4Ts but they overtook us after a couple turns. We would catch them some laps later after they young bucks tired out from riding their piggys. ;)

This is the 2nd half of the 1st lap, following Cyril.

Nice pics Brad and the helmet cam is great, that 200 is peaky.

Certainly was a fun day, hadn't raced there before but was a great place, nice fun people, challenging but not silly course with little dust and all close to the border and as such able to not wait too long to back across after the race.

I didn't ride very well, too many mistakes and a silly crash ended up with dirt inside my left glove which caused a blister that burst and a rather painful hand for last 2 laps but 9th overall for an oldie isn't too bad, although felt bad for Robert as he had me beat until he mangled his shifter and got stuck in 1st gear for a lap and I was finally able to pass him back.

Watch out for the next race which they said will be a 6 hour team event at the same location in a few months, great place to camp out and have a fun weekend.

I really liked that course it had a little bit of everything. glad y'all showed up....I dont know about this 6 hour thing. it includes night riding as well.

Brad thanks for the hcam!!!! you rock man!!!

Very honorable mention to Brianna Spaugh for finishing a tough HS event !!!!! great job !!
