Truckhaven 2012 Year End Closeout Ride

Happy New Year!

KLXBen, Uncle Champ and I had a good ride yesterday around Truckhaven and Ocotillo Wells with my old school buddies Jerry Jones and Pete Pinto to end the year. It was a little on the chilly side heading out of the yard before sunrise to pick up the guys before heading down to Jerry's house near Truckhaven.

We got some good technical riding in around the 4 Palms area, then blasted over to the Iron Door for a beverage or two.

The crowd was moderate around the area and it looked like everyone was having a good time. I know we were.

Nice pics bob! I had a really good time. Lots of fun riding in that area and Jerry was a great tour guide. I will try to post my pics but I cant figure out how to upload from my new smart phone. Still trying though. Lets hit it again soon, I need more seat time before the Dash.
