bajadog 1 Posted January 3, 2006 Decided to get out to Corral Canyon near Lake Morena Saturday. My buddy was riding his WR250F. We got to the campground at 9:45 AM and suited up. Started the day with the Los Pinos lookout loop. That section below Corte Madera has gotten REALLY bad. There are some 3-4 foot drop offs, and one huge rock in the middle of the trail behind a blind corner. I don't think Tierra del Sol has got out there, to maintian the route since last years heavy rains. We ended up at Bobcat canyon campground at noon. Rode back to Corral campground and had lunch. After lunch started back towards 4 corners, and got to fast on the trail. Lost the bike on a sharp left turn and it went over the (10 foot) bank. Did not get hurt (ego), but the bike got all the new plastic and silencer scratched up. BUMMER. Since I lost my mojo, we headed back to camp and left Corral Canyon at about 3 PM, just when the rain started. It dropped 20 degrees in about 1 hour.
