Decided to ride Bentley in the mountains on Sunday.

Somebody did not like the condition of the remainder of this trail.

Sigh....another trailhead closed off with a barbed wire fence. This one is off of the road to Onyx Peak. Further up, the gate is closed also, so you can't get all the way to Onyx Peak.

This was in the San Bernardino mountains, on the south and east sides mostly. Almost all of it needs a street registered vehicle to ride legally. Some of the shots were taken on the Santa Ana river trail, although it is not very near near the Santa Ana river. I did about 60 miles (got up there late in the morning), but that is just a fraction of what is available to ride on. There is also an OHV area up there east of Blue Jay, called Pinnacles. There is a day's worth of trails out that way, including a route that goes down to Silverwood lake.
