  2. The Mob Armor mount came today.  First impressions are light and heavy duty. When I mounted the phone in the mount is was good, but I could move the phone in the top of the mount with some force.  There was no button interference. In the original design the metal tab on top is just bent with a 45 deg angle. I did not like it. I took it to the vise and straightened and put a small bend like the lower mounting tabs. Rock solid! It does not move. A little velcro like Loren suggests just for peace of mind and good to go.

  4. Yes I agree. I have plenty of Industrial velcro. I was going to add the velcro on the mount and the back of the phone as I believe it will tighten the phone in the cradle.  I will see about adding  a rubber/ silicone band if it wont interfere with the buttons. Unfortunately the mount will take a while to get here.

I'm researching now. Will post up if I find something worth mentioning.

I found this. It will mount with the ball mount you already have. Made from aluminum with minimal contact to the phone. Looking at the phone it should not hit any buttons. I found this to be half of what others are charging. I went ahead and ordered.

Friday the 20th of March, I went for an adventure ride with my friend John Ravera. We were having a great time and put in some serious mileage when it came to an abrupt end with John getting into an accident with a car on SR22 in Borego Springs, CA. We had just ridden up Inspiration Wash to a small lookout that John wanted to show me as I had never ridden in that area of Borego. We were back on SR22 headed East when at Fonts Point a car decided to flip an illegal U turn at the bottom of the wash with absolutely no line of sight of on coming traffic. John T boned the car.
I wasn't going to post anything regarding this as I wanted to keep the privacy of the family. I just spoke to John's wife Amy and she asked that I post and ask for prayers for John and the family.
Please send prayers to John Ravera and family.

Riggerdan, You being a Supporting member ( Thank you) have no limited per post.  All we ask of Supporting members is to limit the scenery pictures in a Ride Post. We do understand that the scenery is part of the experience and do not want to take that away.  I think we will have take the excess and repetitive pictures as a case by case basis.

  8. We have opened up the site so that Members have the ability to post pictures directly on the site without the need to be hosted somewhere else.

Members have a limit as to how many pictures can be posted at one time, as well as a limit that can be posted in one day.

I hope this makes things easier and more enjoyable for all our Members.

    Thank you
