Sorry about that KIP! Wouldnt you know while haulin ars back home, the bracket for my heat shield broke, leaving a quarter size hole in my header. When it rains it pours!!! Looks like a bitchin trail. We will hook up in the future and give it another try. Again sorry!

I find myself with time on Wed 22. All this bad man talk has got me scared! Need some company. Who wants/can go?

I have to take kids to school. Then its about 1 hour from here to there. 10-10:30 would be the earliest for me!

Street ride? What time are you planning.

Carguy I do appreciate your offer, but that trip will have to wait for and earlier day with less pressure. I need to get back and pack up bike/fam/stuff. We are going to mountains for extended weekend. Traffic trying to get back home would be 3 hrs. Wife already does enough nagging!! That would set a nasty mood for the hole weekend, and I would like to ride up there as well.

What part of town would that end up being?

I live in Encinitas. Up for any type of ride. You seem much more knowledgabe about trails and such, so I will trust you. 12:00 is good. Depending on what you want to do, and where you want to do it, I can either ride out or truck it! Skill level is average.

So what did you have in mind carguy? Where and how long?

Have to say I had a wonderful day with you guys. Riding was excellant! Mix of all types of terrain. I did not know it was Waynes's birthday today. Happy Birthday! Cant wait do it again.

Couldnt you guys in ramona take Del Dios, through to Encinitas, and up Rancho Sante fe, or El camino real to San Marcos Blvd? No freeway, nice windy roads, with no traffic in the morning. Best roads I know of. Dont know the roads through elfin forest. I will be there with my beast, sure would like to see some other 650ls so I could figure some stuff out! Hope to see you there!

Time is limited, but would like to go out for a couple hours early sunday mourning? Live in North County, but will meet pretty much anywhere as long as time allows. I would like to get to know some new trails, people, and get some ideas before the tech day! Thanks

Thanks for replying Steve. I did have to 11:00, but wife is now going into work earlier. Sorry I cannot make it this time, but would love to learn some trails from someone more experienced. Please let me know any other time you are considering a ride!

New to site! Like the pictures of past rides and wondering if anyone planning a ride on sat 10/28? Up for most any type of ride, longer the better! Need to give trigger some exercise. Dont know the trails so looking for people with a plan! Thanks Mike
