Just wondering if any of you have had any dealings with a property line dispute. I had my property surveyed, and my neighbors retaining wall he built is almost 3' on my property. This is kind of a big deal. The difference between getting boat, toy box into my back yard or not.

I also go to Discount Tire. They have always beat everyone elses price. Going through them for all my vehicles, they have done so many repairs, rotations for free. They are everywhere in case of trouble on the road.

I made a deal with the nieghbor that he would kick in 5,000. He paid the general contractor 5,000 and I paid for the rest. I ended up over 6,000 out of pocket, and I built the wall with the general basicly my helper. This was less than the lawyer wanted to start. I now have the knowledge, skill and tools to build block walls. The main thing is I have my property back. The wall is now on his property, and any future issues will be his! After surveying my lot and establishing the proper lines, I gained about 4-500 sq ft of my lot.

Update. Its over. I ended up demolishing and rebuilding the wall. First try at building a retaining wall. It was a huge project. My access went from 9' 8 to 12' 4. His orchard got relocated to my front yard.

The guy I took for a ride is a customer who bought a beach house a block away. I remodled his whole house. I first took him surfing, then showed him and his wife the town, we finaly got his DRZ. running so we could ride. Maybe he should have brought his KTM. He is the guy who hooked me up with the XR.440 Hammer. I would say I did half the house! He must of given you a bonus for getting him a free outdoor shower!

after wrapping, you should spray on a coating. I use DEI Hi temp silicone coating. The cloth will resist water, and will not want to frey.

Nice job! I use to be able to run when I was in the Marines, but tile setting has taken a toll on the knees and back. Also the expansion of the bodies frame hasnt helped much either. Glad your shared desire to finish with your family/ kids. Great role model for their future tasks! I am also sure that the aero dynamics of the smooth melon helped with your time!
