Stay away from the sophisticated BS, employ some hoodlums with camo spray cans and have it. So instead of the taxpayers purchasing a $250k Mc that will get trashed in the 1st month of service purchase something for less than $10k and have access to inexpensive parts that are readily available anywhere.
