Another announcement to Dualie members that I thought I oughta pass on to my SDAR Brethren

Your bike may have an exemption if it is approved by "executive order" on the ARB website. Here is the link and an authorization of/for recent KTM's. Here are the executive orders for KTM EXC's if you have a licensed 04 to 06 you may get a letter because of ARB's off highway only classification.
