American Motorcyclist Association members save on state-of-the-art garage flooring from Swisstrax Inc.

PICKERINGTON, Ohio -- Anyone who has spent long hours in the garage working on their motorcycle is aware of the practical benefits of non-slip flooring. Now, members of the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) can get a discount on one of the most effective garage floor coverings available: Swisstrax. The well-known producer of specialty flooring is offering a 10 percent discount to AMA members who buy directly from the company.

Swisstrax tiles, which are available in a number of textures for varying applications, provide a non-slip and easy-to-clean flooring surface that resists cleaners, fuel, oil, solvents and lubricants. Unlike concrete or epoxy, Swisstrax tiles do not chip or crack and are portable. Tiles come in 14 colors, and can be mixed and matched so you can give your garage a custom look. The interlocking tiles snap together. Installation doesn't require glue or tape.

"Even the most serious riders have to stop once in awhile to install new tires and change the oil," said AMA Director of Business Development Jim Moore. "We all know how just a few minutes standing on a concrete garage floor can be uncomfortable -- not to mention the difficulty of cleanup after the inevitable spill. Swisstrax floors fix all that. Plus, it looks great."

To receive the 10 percent discount, AMA members simply provide their AMA numbers when they order using the custom-floor design tools at Swisstrax.com or call Swisstrax's toll-free number (866) 748-7940.

"AMA members take riding their motorcycles, and working on them, very seriously," said Swisstrax Inc. President Randy Nelson. "We're confident that these riders will appreciate these floor tiles. Designed to stand up to the rigors of professional use, our floors have proven themselves in racing garages around the country, with teams and companies that field and sell both four- and two-wheeled machines."

The Swisstrax floor tile discount is just the latest in a long list of dozens of benefits and savings for AMA members. Another great value is free AMA Roadside Assistance for members who sign-up for automatic renewal or purchase a three-year membership.
