You are correct, except he is NOT RIDING! He is a a GHOST PILOT(4X4). The official support vehicle to the GHOST RIDERZ.

Steve's got a real nice 4x4 jeep, and his broham was there too with a sweet looking 4runner. They were about to go own the desert, with air conditioning if necessary. I don't see anything they can't handle in those things and it sure did look like fun. Imma get me one of those 4wheeled things one day.
