hoss314 0 Posted April 24, 2009 My 94' sh*t the bed last year by blowing out a valve seat. I replaced the head with a used head as well as the cam, exhaust, battery, valve seals, head gasket etc. Now that I have it running....exhaust gets red hot! I thought at first that the carb had clogged jets. So I took the carb off and apart and cleaned. Put back together and she still gets hot, and I noticed only on the left side. Also puffing oil smoke out of the exhaust. Any ideas? Getting really tired of screwing with this bike! Especially cause it just sits and I ride my 06' instead.
